- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely ridiculous. We have been waiting almost two weeks now for a package to be delivered, but we just found out that our mail carrier refuses to deliver it because she's afraid of our dog. Our dog is never outside during the day because we're at work. We asked many times for it to just be left on the step by the door, no knocking required! Why won't they just drive by and drop the package off? It seems like the carrier is just straight up refusing to come by our house at all. Do they think our dog is going to break out of the house? We have no problem with UPS leaving packages, so I don't get the big deal. I've never been so frustrated with a post office before. They don't deserve even one star. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Our postal delivery boy can't understand that cardboard + water = bad. He LOVES delivering our packages by just throwing them on our porch, in any puddle they can find. If they can't find a puddle on the front porch, they go to the side door (WHICH WE NEV ER USE) and put it in any puddle they can find over there. This is NOT my first time complaining. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I recently purchased a house in Allendale. The Sellers sent the keys to the house and mailbox to the mailbox(So I cant get them until I get a key to the mailbox.... - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Delivered mail incorrectly to my apartment complex for four years, and my mail ended up all over town. Called to complain and they blamed new employees and didn't do anything.
